Joe Ferikes graduated from North Carolina State University in 1970 and from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1974. He began his practice in 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia, representing such entities as the County of Dekalb, Georgia.

In 1983, he and his wife moved back to their hometown of Asheville, North Carolina, to continue his law practice and raise their family.

He focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, worker's compensation, real estate litigation, collections, construction and municipal law.

Representative clients include the Towns of Woodfin and Fletcher, North Carolina, Stewart Title Insurance Company and Ranger Insurance Company.

Joe has been actively involved in the Greek community and has coached youth sports for 15 years.

We are located in the Chestnut Hills Historic District near downtown Asheville, North Carolina.
From downtown Asheville: 
Go North on Biltmore Avenue which becomes Merrimon as it passes under I-240. Turn Right on Broad Street which is one street after the light at West Chestnut. We are the second house on the right at 21 Broad Street. Easy street parking is available.
From I-240:
 The directions are the same whether you are coming from the East or West on I-240. Exit at Merrimon Avenue. Turn Right which is North on Merrimon. Turn right on Broad Street which is the first street after the light at East Chestnut. We are the second house on the right at 21 Broad Street. Easy street parking is available.
